When I asked why, I was informed that I had received a RESTYLE, not a CUT! Who knew there was a difference?! The client in this case was the MD of Little Chef, wanted 'blue sky thinking', radical changes but in reality ended up only agreeing to a restyle of one of his diners, fearing his traditional Chef all day breakfast eaters would be up in arms.
